Important Information: Cycling licences of foreign participants

In accordance with the regulations of the Royal Spanish Cycling Federation (RFEC) and the Consejo Superior de Deportes (CSD), all foreign participants holding a cycling licence not issued by the RFEC must have written authorisation from their national federation.

In accordance with the regulations of the Royal Spanish Cycling Federation (RFEC) and the Consejo Superior de Deportes (CSD), all foreign participants holding a cycling licence not issued by the RFEC must have written authorisation from their national federation certifying that their insurance is valid for participation in this event. This document must be presented to the Commissaires in order to collect the race number. Otherwise, they will have to take out a temporary licence to participate.

This regulation includes all categories: UCI Elite, Elite, Masters, Mixed and Opens.
