Racecourse and Schedule Change for Stage 6

The weather forecast has forced both a shortening of the race route, as well as a change to the start time, which will now be at 10:00.

Due to a forecast for severe weather conditions, and to ensure the health and safety of all participants, race organizers along with UCI officials have decided to shorten the final stage 6 and to leave it at 35.24 km. The stage is expected to be fast and decisive, and to determine the final podium. In addition, this won't be the only change — the start time will return to its usual 10:00 a.m.

The eighth edition of the Andalucía Bike Race presented by Shimano will conclude with a selection of magnificent trails. Racers will depart from the city center to face the El Reventón climb. Once they reach the mountains, the route will begin its descent to Los Morales via Conejeras to finish the stage by rolling through the unforgettable Santo Domingo trails, which haven’t yet made an appearance in this year’s edition.
