A race with Michelin Star

The prestigious chef with a Michelin Star, Kisko García, will be present with a Food Truck at the Cordoba stages.

The prestigious chef and awarded with a Michelin Star, Kisko García, joins Andalucía Bike Race presented by Caja Rural Jaén.

All Mountain Bikers and companions will be able to taste the haute cuisine of Cordoba in the stages of the city of Caliphate, on April 12 and 13. In the paddock zone he and his Food Truck will be located to delight all those who come to try the delicatessen works of the chef from the Fuensanta neighborhood of Córdoba.

Kisko García represents one of the greatest exponents of haute cuisine in Andalusia, an avant-garde group of chefs who never cease to imbue with imagination the thousand-year-old recipe book of their land. His style, strong personality and reflective intention, part of the local products and culinary traditions of Cordoba and regional in general, to reach, through a plentiful formation, to the technical and sensory transgression of works, textures and finishes.

Currently Kisko García has a Michelin logo, awarded in 2012 and renewed year after year until today.
